What is National Club Rugby 7s?

National Club 7s is a division for men and women, where qualifying teams play in qualifying tournaments across the USA, to ultimately compete for the Club 7s National Championships.

HOW TO QUALIFY

There are 8 different Rugby 7s Regions and each region has anywhere from 3-5 tournaments a year. Competing teams from each region, gather points based upon how they place in the qualifying tournaments. A total of 16 men’s teams and 16 women’s teams make the National Championships.

In most regions, the top 2 teams with the most points at the end of the qualifying tournaments, move on to the National Championships. However, in certain regions, top teams qualify to play a Championship tournament for that specific region, wherein the top 2 teams move on to the National Championships.
